I know, looking at statistics and interpreting them isn’t all that interesting. (Luckily for me, that’s one of the best parts of this job!) But in order to determine the effectiveness of your content marketing strategy, you need to analyze the results. Use analytics tools to monitor your website traffic, social media engagement and other metrics. This way you can see how your content is performing. Don’t track stats daily or even weekly. In the beginning, once a month is perfectly fine. However, the fact is that people don’t always react immediately to new content. Sometimes the content needs to be shared and promoted several times so that people will grab it.
So give the content time to do its job and analyze the results afterwards.

10 | Improve your strategy a little at a time
Let me tell you a little story. When India Phone Number List I started as a digital entrepreneur in 2015, I wrote a sales page for my e-book. When I published the sales page and opened the sale, I followed the sales minute by minute. If I didn’t get any deals for five minutes, I was pretty sure there was something wrong with the sales page. So I kept changing it. I repeated this same course for three weeks until there were no sales at all. At that point it was very difficult to know which version of the 258 sales pages I needed to go back to to get the sales going again.
The lesson of the story is this:
The more changes you make at the same time, the harder it will be to eventually know which change improves or weakens the results. That’s why I always Phone Number List trust the data, because the data doesn’t lie, but my own feeling, emotional level, stress level, beliefs, myths and tiredness do. If you make decisions only based on emotions, your sales can Scuttle for good. And neither of us wants that. So use the insights you get through analytics to refine your strategy and create even better content. That’s the kind of content that resonates with your audience.
