Biip is now the second largest network in Norway, founded in 2005. The number of users with a profile is now over 320,000. Anyone who visits the network will quickly see that it is mainly aimed at young people. The network is dominated by young people under 21. Profiles on the site are visible to everyone. The users who have a profile can be voted on. This creates a top list that is mainly dominated by girls.

Blogging
Blogging is also a popular online activity in Norway. Young people under 25 are the most active in blogging. 37% of the online poland phone number list  population reads weblogs of others. Twitter is said to be growing in popularity as a microblog, but no concrete statistics have been found on this.

Europe 2010: Digital Year Review

Last week, ComScore published the Digital Year Review report on Europe. The most striking result of the research is that the Netherlands is at the top when it comes to internet use. We Dutch spend more than 31 hours per month on the internet. That is more than 25 percent more than the European average. The British are in 2nd place, with more than 30 hours per month.

The main conclusions

Europeans spend most of their time online searching and browsing (91%) and using social networks (84%). Facebook is link building basics and top strategies to get started  the most popular network among Europeans; on average, we use Facebook 11.7% of our time.
In 15 out of 18 countries, Facebook is the largest social network. In the Netherlands, Hyves is still the most popular. Poland atb directory (Nasza Klasa) and Russia (Vkontakte) also have their own national social network that enjoys the most popularity.
The use of IM, such as MSN Messenger, has declined sharply over the  .  This article is part of the  past year (by 39% compared to 2009).
